Welcome to Wiseme!

In an era dominated by digital media, the rapid spread of fake news and misinformation has become a major concern—especially for pupils, who are among the most active and impressionable online users. Constant exposure to misleading content can shape their worldviews, create confusion about current events, and impact their emotional and social development. Without strong digital literacy skills, young people may find it difficult to tell the difference between reliable sources and deceptive content, putting their learning, critical thinking, and civic engagement at risk.

WiseMe tackles this issue by helping build a robust and responsible digital education ecosystem. The project equips educators and schools with innovative tools and teaching resources that go beyond technical skills. It promotes a thoughtful and informed use of digital technology—encouraging students to question what they see online, recognize manipulation, and cultivate habits that support responsible and independent thinking in the digital world.
